In
2003, the Workers Educational Association celebrated their centenary
with events up and down the country. Hurst House held their own party,
with performances from the keyboard group, the band, circle dancing,
Geology, Music Appreciation and many more. Hundreds of people turned
out for the festivities and there were several stalls with lucky dip,
cakes and lots more besides.
