Open to beginners. Traditional dances from Eastern Europe, Greece, and elsewhere, mixed with recently choreographed ones to a variety of music. Some are lively, some slow and meditative. Most are done in a circle with hands joined - no partner needed. The focus is on participation, enjoyment, and relaxation; it can also help with co-ordination and posture. Both men and women are welcome.
